Bretton represents clients in matters related to business, estate and litigation. He enjoys taking cases that allow him to provide help to those in difficult situations – when an injury, death or major economic loss has taken place. His business experience ranges from business startups and collections to complex business contracts, transactions and financing. Bretton’s estate planning expertise is expansive, covering the spectrum of simple wills and trusts to advanced asset and tax protection strategies. Bretton cares about establishing long term relationships with clients and appreciates those he has an opportunity to serve. He has been practicing law since 1998 and is a Cache Valley native who understands the importance of value for service.

Bretton and his wife KimberLeigh are family focused. He coaches youth sports including football and soccer. Bretton is an avid sportsman, passionate about fishing, hunting and competitive sports. He is a literature enthusiast who enjoys reading and writing and encouraging others to do the same.
