Aaron Jensen focuses his practice in civil litigation, representing injured individuals and their families, businesses of all sizes, and individual and family personal and business interests.
Aaron offers his clients a careful listening ear and a broad range of experience representing a wide variety of clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration and planning and counseling in large, complex multi-million dollar litigation and small personal matters. He has handled appeals, contract, medical, personal injury, wrongful death, suicide, brain injury, birth defect, premises liability, product liability, legal malpractice, estate and will disputes, complex commercial, insurance and excess insurance coverage, class action, civil rights, product liability, and other litigation cases in several states and federal courts.
Aaron began his practice in Chicago where he gained broad litigation and counseling experience and was part of several Illinois record verdicts. He is happy to be back in Cache Valley to help find solutions to disputes and resolve legal issues here with the excellent attorneys and staff at Peck Hadfield Baxter & Moore. Aaron coaches Little League baseball and youth basketball.

Practiced at Chicago law firms helping resolve multimillion dollar personal injury claims for injured plaintiffs, surviving family members and defendants in wrongful death, injury, and medical negligence cases, including record-setting cases for Illinois involving medical malpractice, civil rights violations premises liability/sexual assault and suicide.
Participated in successful resolution of multiple small and large complex commercial litigation matters, mediations and arbitrations, saving clients millions of dollars in potential judgments and related costs.
