Craig Winder

Craig L Winder is a dynamic, high-energy counselor and advocate. Craig has substantial experience in the areas of corporate law (entity formation and governance, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, finance) and real estate (land development, commercial lease negotiation, HOA formation and governance, land use). He also has experience in litigating and mediating business, real estate, and water disputes. Craig is a trained mediator. Prior to joining Peck Hadfield, Craig was an attorney with the Salt Lake City firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar.
