Craig Winder
Craig L Winder is a dynamic, high-energy counselor and advocate. Craig has substantial transactional experience in the areas of general corporate law, including business transactions (entity formation and governance, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, finance), real estate law, including real estate transactions (development, commercial leasing, HOA formation and governance, land use), mergers and acquisitions, and finance. He also has experience in litigating and mediating business, real estate, and water disputes. Craig is also a trained mediator. Prior to joining Peck Hadfield, Craig was an attorney with the Salt Lake City firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar.
Craig’s peers have recognized him as being among Utah’s “Legal Elite”, as reported in Utah Business Magazine, and as one of Super Lawyer Magazine’s “Rising Stars”.
